How to play
- Pick a difficulty. Easy hides six words in a 10×10 grid, Medium eight words in 12×12, and Hard ten words in 14×14. Every round also rolls a random theme — Animals, Food, Nature, Technology or Space — so each puzzle feels fresh.
- Scan the letter grid and pick a target from the word list. Words hide in eight directions: across, down and along both diagonals, and they can read backwards too.
- Select a word. On a touch screen, tap the first letter, then tap the last letter of that word — either end works. On a hit, the letters flip to white-on-black and the word is struck through the list.
- Play with keys instead. Arrow keys move a cursor around the grid, Enter marks the start and the end of a word, and Escape cancels a pending selection — handy on Hard's 14×14 grid, where cells sit close together.
- Watch the clock. A timer runs while you play, and your progress is saved automatically — close the browser mid-puzzle and pick the same round up later.
- Finish the round. The puzzle is complete when every word on the list has been found; your time and per-difficulty best are kept on the device.
- Start over. Switch difficulty or hit New Puzzle for a fresh theme and a brand-new grid — no two rounds look alike.

Is it really free?
Yes. Every puzzle is free to play with no account, no paywall and no ads. The site is part of the E-Ink.me family and runs alongside the free e-reader tools on the main site — there is nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for.
Does it work on my Kindle Paperwhite?
If your Paperwhite is a 2021 or later model on firmware 5.13.7 or newer, yes — open the built-in browser, type in the site address and start playing. Older Paperwhites with the early experimental browser can read this page as text, but the puzzle itself will not run.
Do I need to jailbreak my Kindle?
No. The game runs entirely in your Kindle's built-in web browser. There is no app to sideload, no hack to apply and no warranty to worry about — opening a web page is an ordinary thing for a Kindle to do. If it can load a page, it can load this puzzle.
Can I play offline?
You need an internet connection the first time you open the page, because the site arrives as a normal web page rather than a downloadable app. Once loaded, the puzzle runs locally on your device — but e-reader browsers are not designed for offline use, so stay connected when you start a round.
